Import a QBO/QFX/OFX file into Kashoo
This tutorial shows how to import a QBO/QFX/OFX file into the online accounting system Kashoo. Use the ProperConvert app to convert your transaction files to QBO or QFX or OFX format and import them into this accounting software.
Steps to import into Kashoo.
- Log into Kashoo.
- Click on 'Banking'.
- Select the Bank or Credit Card account.
- Click the 'Browse' button.
- Select a QBO/QFX/OFX file, then click 'Upload'.
- Your transactions are imported now.
You have to categorize them. Select 'Add Expense'. Then choose 'Supplier' and 'Account' (what is the Expense Account). Then click the 'Add Statement' button. And continue for all transactions. So this way, you'll process them all.
Steps to delete imported transactions
If you don't want to import certain transactions or you realize that it is an incorrect statement, click on 'Remove Unmatched Rows'.
And all those transactions will be gone.
